Flat with independent entrance and small exclusive equipped outdoor area in a complex created from the recent restoration of an old monastery in the green countryside of Versilia, 12 km from the beaches. The complex has a communal swimming pool (7 x 5) at guests' disposal. -If necessary, GAS for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate, must be paid on the spot. -Electricity must be paid on the spot Euro 0,35 -The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) Euro 300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. -Please note: Check-in 4/8 pm; Check out 8/10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed. -For check-in arrival after 8pm, extra fee of Euro 50 to be paid on the spot. - Tourist tax to be paid on site: EUR 1,5 per pax per day - up to 7 days - up to 14 years are exempt
