This spacious apartment of approximately 120 m2 is located on the first floor of a characteristic building, a few meters from the pretty marina of the village of Le Grazie, a fraction of the municipality of Portovenere. It offers 2 large terraces equipped with awnings, a large room with an equipped open-plan kitchen, with access to the first of the two bathrooms of the house, which is then divided into a second room which constitutes the sleeping area, also with a bathroom with shower and 3 double bedrooms, one of which has two single bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes. CITRA: 011022-LT-0937
My name is Davide and I follow the structure of Roberto and Annalisa, the owners, helping them in the management of his holiday home.
Our property is located in a pretty seaside village, nestled in a beautiful and quiet bay with various bars, restaurants and groceries with a supermarket and a stop for public transport, both ferries and buses, close to the house on the bay's seafront. You can pleasantly walk along the seafront, stopping in the delightful pine forest overlooking the small sandy beach of the town in front of the historic Olivetan Convent.
