EXCELLENT LOCATION INSIDE THE FOREST. Villas is by stone Buldings RENOVATED FULLY with GREAT PRIVACY. YOU ARE FAR FOR ALL ( THE ONLY PLACE THAT YOU CAN SEE STARS AT NIGHTS ) , BUT SO NEAR AND CAN BE A BASE FOR SMALL TRIPS IN ITALIAN-FRANCE RIVIERA , MONTE CARLO, PORTO FINO AND OTHER FAMUS DESTINATIONS. We have three diference villas for 2 -20Guests, every one with diference Chemistry of live . -One small LOVELY villa for 2 people plus one child 1-14 years , -One Deluxe Villa (3 floors ) with 5 difernce king size bedrooms ,three living rooms etc for a big family or friends up to 13 Guests . -One Relax villa (2 floors ) with KING SIZE space for any use : kitchen, Bathrooms, bedrooms, closed yard , living rooms ,etc for just 4 Guests plus one child ( then in this villa will be very comfortable all Guests ) Please for bookings for 8-20 Guests give us notice minimum 2-3 days before .
We renovated all this place because we like this fantastic Nature Place inside of forest . The living in this village it is opposite of the living of big towns . This is our Italian " so quite " Village. If you like to Really Relax this is the corect place. Panos-Giorgio-Antonio . All our guests with stay in Giusvallla more than one week will receive A FREE voucher for a complimentary (week-end accomondation) at our other villas in Greece ( with private beach or pool or Typical Greek Villa) at Crete island or Athens ( Valid 1 year after ) . One booking -two countrys , visit our Forest but after win your travel at private Beach or pool.
Around our villa there is the forest , a small river , a small bridge and so Quite 24h. Near us exist one typical small farm. The nearest shops exist at 300 m2, Nearest Village is Giusvalla at 600m with a small restaurant FOR DINNER ,one SMALL bar and post office . At 1-4 km you can found many nice Restaurants, bars etc. Best restaurant NEAR US IT is at 3-4 km far (AT Pontivrea , or Deco ), Nearest BIG town with anything that you need as your home town ( HOSPITAL, ETC) it is 7 km far ( AT Cairo montenotte ) , NEAREST BEACH IT IS ALBISOLA 18KM FAR .NEAREST OTHER COUNTRY IT IS MONTECARLO OR FRANCE AT 150KM .
