The home, recently built, surrounded by olive trees, just 2.5 km from the town of Putignano, equipped with underfloor heating and cooling, as well as air conditioning for immediate hot / cold, is highly flexible in the use of the space in one, two or three autonomous units. The single units, in fact, can also be shared in the following combinations: 6-bed house together with 5-bed house for a total of 11 beds; 5-bed house together with 4-bed house for a total of 9 beds; entire home for a total of 15 beds. The home can be used for smart-working as it is equipped with a powerful WiFi connection in all rooms. Each apartment is equipped with a smart TV connected to the Internet and satellite.
We are a small family, very attached to their land, but at the same time used to traveling.
The town of Putignano is part of the Itria Valley, also known as the Trulli Valley; it is about 3 km from the Castellana Caves, 13 km from Alberobello and 25 km from the most beautiful beaches of Polignano and Monopoli. It is known for the ancient carnival, one of the most famous in southern Italy, with multiple parades of allegorical floats, masterpieces of papier-mâché.
