Golden House in the heart of Agrigento offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a second bathroom and a kitchen. The two balconies with sofas are perfect for relaxing. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. Via Atenea, the centre of nightlife and restaurants, is 100 metres away. Below the house you will find a bus stop and three large car parks. The train station is 150 metres away. The Valley of the Temples is 4 minutes away by car. The flat is spacious and bright, with a design that will immediately make you feel at home. The double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the living room with sofa bed offer space and privacy for a peaceful rest after a day spent exploring the city. The bedroom and living room are equipped with air conditioning, wifi and TV. The two bathrooms, complete with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and washbasin, provide comfort and convenience for all guests. The two balconies, equipped with comfortable armchairs, are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of Agrigento. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, TV, sofa, dining table and chairs. You can also make use of the washing machine during your stay, making your experience more comfortable and convenient. The flat offers quick and direct access to shops, restaurants, cultural attractions and nightlife venues. In addition, you can easily reach the Lido Balneare di San Leone where you will find enchanting beaches that are an 8-minute drive away. The Scala dei Turchi, the majestic pearl of the city and a Unesco heritage site, is an easy 15-minute drive away. A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night is required.
