Ampio monolocale soleggiato di recente ristrutturazione interamente ammobiliato, dotato di cucina (pentolame, piatti e tutto il necessario), bagno con doccia (asciugamani, phon e lavatrice) e letto matrimoniale più divano letto a due posti. Situato in un contesto tranquillo a pochi passi dalla via pedonale di St Vincent, dove vi sono bar , ristoranti e negozi. Il famoso Casino e il Centro Termale si possono raggiungere con una breve passeggiata. Giardino privato attrezzato con sedie a sdraio e ombrellone. Animali ben accetti, parcheggio adiacente libero.
