Nice penthouse perfect for a comfortable beach holiday, located 200 meters from the marina and 300 meters from the Marina beach and the town center, both reachable with a short and beautiful walk along the promenade, and less than 1 km from the beautiful beach of Lu Bagnu, seaside hamlet of Castelsardo. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, double sofa-bed and panoramic terrace with sea and mountain view equipped for outdoor dining; large double bedroom with balcony and mountain view, and large bathroom with shower and washing machine. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, or at most 5 if there are children. Air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, private and free parking, motorcycle garage and wifi on request. The location is strategic, very close to the port, the promenade and the services, but at the same time in a quiet location, as the access is by private road, and perfect for those who want to explore the beautiful and famous places of Northern Sardinia as the Isola Rossa and the Paradise coast (30km), Stintino (50 km), the island of Asinara (32 km), Alghero (59 km), the archipelago of La Maddalena (87km), the Emerald coast (89km), and many others!
Welcome where the sun shines longer: Castelsardo!
The neighborhood is residential, very close to the tourist port, where it is possible to organize a sail in the beautiful Gulf of Asinara or an exit for scuba diving or snorkeling; otherwise you can reach in few minutes the beautiful beaches nearby, or explore the interior and visit the villages in the hills... you will be fascinated by the landscapes that nature has given to these places! In the evening you can go out on foot to have dinner in a typical trattoria or restaurant, enjoy a drink at sunset by the sea, or listen to live music in the square or in the clubs of the center ... the choice is yours!
