Green house is a graceful independent accommodation suitable for people looking for privacy and peaceful location, in contact with nature and with the local traditions of the Amalfi Coast , while still beeing a short drive from the town center. The house is in the middle of an ancient farm divided into different sized gardens and terraces , linked to each other by stairs and paths , and cultivated with lemons trees which are grown in the traditional technique by expert hands of local farmers: impervious cliffs transformed into lush gardens of dry stone walls, called "macere" and covered with wooden structures known as pergolas to support the lemon trees’ growth . The fresh new interiors create cozy and inviting spaces, decorated with modern majolica tiles , stone floors, antique pieces and design furnitures. It comfortably sleeps up to four adults into two separate accommodations situated few steps far from each other. The main accommodation includes a large bedroom , a separate kitchenette , sitting area and bathroom with shower . The smaller accommodation is a combined large bed room/sitting room, separate fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Since this holiday home is roughly 3,5 kms from the centre of Maiori, the only think to consider when booking : it is preferable to have a car .There is nothing within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets,shops, beach only by car , about 5 minutes drive .

ACCOMMODATION : (45 sqm + 150 sqm terraces) The main terrace partially shaded by a bamboo roof and paved with stone floor, is adorned with lemon plants and hosts a dining table sitting 8 people, an outdoor shower and a barbecue corner. From the main terrace access into the villa is by a glass door opening into the kitchen area which is equipped with 4 induction cookers, a small sized fridge , a dishwasher and other small appliances.. On a side, a retractable table sitting 2 people and a window opening onto the gardens. From the kitchen you will access a spacious double bedroom , the bathroom, and a sitting room. - The bedroom is decorated with wooden furniture featuring a double bed, a walk in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, an antique desk and chest of drawers, an air conditioning/heating unit and windows opening onto the garden. - The fully equipped bathroom is adorned with modern majolica tiles. It has a stone washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a very spacious shower. - The small sitting room is equipped with a sofa, a satellite TV, an air conditioning unit/heating, a window and a glass door opening onto the garden . There are unguarded terraces and drops at the property, so children under 10 years of age are not permitted at this property.
