Brand new apartment in an elegant building 100 meters from the lake. The Green Pearl is a little gem in the heart of Arona. Easily reachable on foot from the station or from the lakefront, this apartment has recently been furnished with new and modern furniture and equipped with all comforts. The apartment is very quiet and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. An excellent starting point to visit the center, the lakefront, and the beach comfortably on foot.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful area of ​​Arona, 100 meters from Lake Maggiore. All attractions can be easily reached on foot, in particular: V.
