In the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the humanities faculties of the University of Trento, stands Minerva Student Housing, a newly renovated building that combines the charm of a historical context with the comfort of the most modern facilities. A residence a stone's throw from the Duomo, where you can live in an international environment, study and make friends. The residence consists of 24 single rooms with private bathroom and air conditioning, designed to guarantee everyone the privacy, study and rest necessary to maximise their performance in their studies. The communal areas, on the other hand, aim to encourage interaction between the students and the creation of opportunities for exchange and personal growth: "mens sana in corpore sano", thanks to the large equipped kitchen, the study room and the gym to keep fit.

The building is located on Via S Giovanni in the historic centre, a stone's throw from all the faculties in the centre, the CIAL study hall, the university canteen, Piazza Duomo and the bus and train station. In the immediate vicinity are all the public venues of the historic centre, shops and offices serving the public.
