The corporate objective is to offer, in areas of particular tourist interest, innovative services in the real estate field by proposing new techniques aimed at optimizing the property for short and medium-term rentals. In particular, the services offered concern marketing and advertising activities, the possibility of personalizing the property, the complete management of the accommodation facility, administrative assistance and the booking of events for tourism purposes.

Property information

Our "Guesthouse" Sahara & Amazzonia is located on the third floor of an ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Como and has just been completely renovated. It is made up of 2 elegant suites, equipped with a large hydromassage tub and everything necessary for a dream stay on Lake Como! Enjoy the beauty of living in the historic center of Como and the well-being of a private SPA! Lake Como is only a 10 minute walk away and all around there are fantastic bars and restaurants where you can savor the best of Italian hospitality. To comply with the condominium rules, the hot tub does not work from midnight to 9 in the morning. Furthermore, the use of oils or soaps of any kind in the tub is not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of 100 euros. , you are also required to cover the tub with the supplied cover during the night-time period of non-use.
