Located in San Martin de Tor (San Martino in Badia/St. Martin in Thurn) in the beautiful ‘House Belodei’, apartment B is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. The ground floor apartment consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen size bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a television. Offering numerous amenities for children such as a children’s bed, toys, bikes as well as an on site playground, this property is particularly suitable for families with children. A foosball table and table tennis table are also available in the house for your use. In the shared outdoor area you will find a beautiful garden and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy warm summer days with a delicious cup of coffee while you overlook the green surroundings and animals nearby. From the property you can also enjoy a view of the Kreuzkofel massif and the peak of the 2,875 metre high Peitlerkofel. The nearest restaurant is located a 3-minute drive away (1.3 km) and a further selection of restaurants, cafes and a bakery can be reached by car in under 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is an 11-minute drive away (5.5 km). Furthermore, a bus stop is located 10 minutes from the property and the museum Ladin Ćiastel de Tor is in the immediate vicinity. Cortina d'Ampezzo is approximately one hour and 10 minutes away by car (50 km) while Bolzano (Bozen) is approximately one hour and 25 minute away driving (66 km). 105 kilometres of slopes await you in the Kronplatz (Plan de Corones) ski area (5 km away) and a further 130 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes are located in the Alta Badia ski area (4 km away). In the area you can also enjoy snowshoeing, tobogganing, ice skating and ski touring. Shared washing machine and dryer are available upon request and for an extra fee.
