PERGOLA consists of three properties in two different locations in South Tyrol: the Pergola Residence and Spazio 46 in Lagundo near Merano, and Haus Engadein in Renon, above Bolzano at nearly 1,400 meters. What unites these three properties is a passion for high-quality architecture, elegant and functional design, and a unique form of hospitality. Property information

Haus Engadein is a combination of a traditional family farmhouse with a hundred-year history and a contemporary barn, located in Ritten, above Bolzano. It is a retreat for relaxation, creative work, hiking tours, peace, and rejuvenation. The house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a reading room with a single sofa bed, a guest WC, a spacious kitchen, a living area with a panoramic window, a traditional wooden parlour that is over 100 years old, a private sauna, and a wine cellar with a small in-house shop.

Surrounded by forests and meadows, Haus Engadein is located about a 10-minute drive from the Rittner Horn ski and hiking area. Rustic alpine huts, traditional inns, and fine restaurants can be reached either on foot or with a short drive.
