Villa Roberta is located in Carovigno, just 6 km from the suggestive beaches of fine golden sand on the Adriatic coast. Situated in an elevated position, the Villa enjoys a spectacular view of the sea which can be admired from the splendid swimming pool for exclusive private use or from the relaxation area equipped with comfortable chaise longues and umbrellas. The interiors feature a welcoming living area consisting of a living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette equipped with all comforts: kettle, dishwasher, microwave, electric juicer and toaster. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is a further bedroom with bathroom with independent access from the villa. The comfortable outdoor patio is furnished with a table and chairs for dining in complete tranquility and privacy surrounded by the scent of typical Mediterranean vegetation. Externally, the Villa has a practical outdoor shower positioned under the majestic olive tree, a functional barbecue, outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every area of the villa, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
