About this property

Located in Cremolino, among the enchanting hills of Monferrato, the Hemanaire valley is made up of Casa Hema, Casa Mana and the rooms of the suggestive Scuderia. We offer three refined and relaxing environments, with spaces dedicated to well-being, including two small SPAs, a gym, a welcoming lounge and a restaurant that offers typical dishes of our area. The air-conditioned and comfortable rooms come with a desk, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe and private bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms offer a garden area or a balcony with beautiful views of the valley. Every morning, guests can enjoy a delicious continental breakfast prepared in the two houses. Hemanaire is surrounded by unspoiled nature, offering the opportunity to explore nature trails, participate in guided hikes and visit renowned local vineyards for an authentic and immersive experience. For relaxation, the two houses boast several SPAs equipped with sauna and Turkish bath, while nature lovers can rent bicycles to explore the beautiful surroundings. The closest airports are Milan Malpensa (100 km) and Genoa-Cristoforo Colombo (50 km), with a convenient airport shuttle service available for a fee.

We are happy to open Casa Margherita this summer as a "sister casa" to Casa Wallace.

Property information

Casa Margherita is an Agriturismo, Wellness B&B, that sits on sunny, rolling hills just outside Cremolino. It's the perfect vacation place for families, couples and groups. If guests want to hang out at the glistening 17 meter pool, that's great. If they feel like exploring the area, we can make recommendations for Roman ruins, art and culture and mouth-watering food. For wine, of course we recommend ours, it's biodynamic and natural, guests will learn all about it with a wine tour and tasting, including barrel tasting! Casa Margherita also has an indoor wellness space with a dry sauna, steam room and heated pool with hydro jets. Imagine the views of the rolling hills with the snow covered Alps in the distance.

Neighbourhood information

Cremolino is a walk away through paths and the back road. The one-road historic center is quaint and maintains it's medieval characteristics. At the end of the street there is Cristine and Davide's store, Bottega del Sole, perfect for lunch and dinner items.
