Come enjoy Umbria in our beautiful 10 acre farmhouse complex. Our farmhouse was built in the 1700s and recently remodeled. The main villa is made of local stone with thick walls for insulation. The two pool apartments were built in the 90s and are about 100 feet away from the main villa, just up the driveway. There is nature all around with peace and tranquillity for you and yours. Come here to relax and to explore what Umbria, The Green Heart of Italy, is all about! The main historic farmhouse villa has a super large living room with big comfy couch to lounge on, a big dining table for all to enjoy delicious meals, a full size and fully stocked gas kitchen, 1 big master bedroom + 1 den upstairs. The master bathroom is upstairs as well, while the half bath is downstairs. The big beautiful terra-cotta tile terrace with uncovered/covered area (for stunning sunsets & dinners outside) is massive and faces south, west and north for full days of sunshine and unobstructed views of the beautiful Tiber river valley. The swimming pool is so refreshing in the summer months! The 2 pool apartments each have a bathroom with walk-in shower, stocked kitchenette, double bed & a double sleeper sofa. You will be surrounded by 10 acres of trees and nature, perfect for hikes and exploring. Since we encourage our guests to have a rental car, you will be able to visit nearby villages (such as Orvieto, Giove, Bomarzo and Montepulciano) or you can park your car at the train station 5 minutes away to take the 1 hour train to Rome, or 2 hour train to Florence (and beyond). This is such as convenient and central location to so much beauty, while being immersed in nature. By design, we do not have TVs in our home. We have quick internet that you are free to use to connect with your Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services you may be a subscriber to, so bring your mobile devices and cozy up on the big couch in front of a fire for a while and enjoy peace & tranquillity

CIAO! My name is Alice. I am an Italian citizen (from Rome) resident of Miami Beach, USA and Rome both... I am owner of MoscaStudio (photographing beautiful weddings anywhere in the world). I also own my tour company (DivoraDestinations) which organizes all-inclusive culinary & cultural adventures in Italy (including cooking classes and wine tasting tours around our farmhouse for guests). I or my partner Alex will greet you in person upon your check in, and we will take care of your stay by offering optional services such as grocery shopping, food and wine tours, cooking classes and period deep-cleaning of the property. We divide our time between Giove (Umbria) and Rome, so we are never too far from our farmhouse, should you need anything. When not in Italy, I reside in Miami Beach, Florida. We look forward to meeting new guests and travelers!

Giove, Umbria, Italy is where our historic farmhouse is located. We are surrounded by nature, in the middle of what seems like nowhere, but really, we are just 5 minutes from the town of Giove (Umbria) and 5 minuets from the train station stop of Attigliano-Bomarzo with direct access to Rome and Florence (just 1 hour away) and beyond. You will be surrounded by our olive trees, fruit trees, sweeping views of the countryside, hills, valleys, mountains, and the Tiber River valley below. This is a place of relaxation and peace, while being within 5-10 minutes from towns with all amenities. Rent a car and come stay a while, so you may explore villages such as Civita Di Bagnoreggio or Orvieto, while calling our farmhouse your home away from home. This is a place for those whom like nature and hiking and being with friends and family away from the busy city life. The swimming pool is inviting in the hot summer months and the vineyards and archaeological parks nearby are wonderful places to explore. Umbria is called The Green Heart of Italy with its unique cuisine and stunning forests and valleys, just 1 hour east of the Mediterranean coast, should you want to explore the sea too. We are right in the middle of Italy, just 1 hour north of Rome, so come and enjoy this beautiful region and see you soon!
