The Villa develops a covered area of 120 m2 and is revealed with a dining area with a super-equipped modular kitchen, from here a small hallway leads to the first room with a bunk bed and a single bed and a living area, all communicating with the second double bedroom with truly generous dimensions, the third bedroom instead consists of a double bed. Everything is served by two bathrooms, one internal and one external. The exteriors are enlivened by a comfortable roof, a suitable place to spend most of the day or where you can dine in total serenity. Furthermore, the villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 6x3 meters with a depth of 1.4m. The accommodation is located in an elevated position and guarantees coolness and ventilation during the night and a wonderful view of the sea during the day. The Villa is equipped with air conditioning in the children's bedroom, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, laptop, two barbecues with professional grills, outdoor shower with hot water and outdoor furniture, as well as guaranteeing ample parking availability.

Villa Crigiada Luxury Pool is located near the splendid golden beaches and crystal clear sea of Lido Marini, a well-known seaside resort located between Torre Pali and Torre Mozza, respectively 2 and 5 km away from the structure. The Villa is strategically positioned, in fact it allows you to reach various destinations in just a few minutes by car. The renowned beaches of the Maldives of Salento are a 6-minute drive away, the nightlife of Gallipoli can be reached by traveling 35 km, while the Sanctuary and Lighthouse of Santa Maria di Leuca is only 20 minutes away by car.
