The apartment is only 50 meters from the sandy seabed of the splendid Pescoluse beach. It develops on the first floor and is composed of: 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and a triple bedroom Kitchen with dining/living room 1 full bathroom Balcony with partial sea view The appliances and services present are: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, public outdoor parking, electric oven, 32" Smart TV
