Additionally, the apartment is located near the historic Trastevere district, full of bars and restaurants, and just 1km from the Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura. The apartment is renovated, spacious and welcoming, equipped withe everything needed for a pleasant stay in the capital. It features an elevator and 2 balconies, and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a Smart Tv, a table wirh 4 chairs, a double sofa bed, a small safe and air conditioning. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, electric iven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. There is also an espresso coffee machine, 2 moka pots, a toaster, and a kettle. The kitchen is full stocked with dishes, cutlery, and cookware for meal preparation. The bathroom, with a shower, includes all the conforts (a grab bar inside the shower, bidet, hairdryer, and towels).
