House Paradise and House Arena are two delightful semi-basement apartments in the heart of Porticello, both just steps from the sea, about a 15-minute walk from the splendid Sant'Elia Bay and the historic 100 Steps beach. Both apartments are modern and renovated. Each apartment features two comfortable double bedrooms and two large bathrooms with showers, as well as a large open-plan kitchen/living room with all the comforts, including state-of-the-art appliances and utensils. Reaching us is very easy, as they are just five minutes from the train station, and the municipal shuttle will take you to the stop very close to the apartments. Furthermore, the neighborhood has all the essential shops, including a bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, and tobacconist. Both apartments have Wi-Fi.
Antonella, the host of the house, will be ready to welcome you upon your arrival, providing you with all the information about the place and helping you with any eventuality.
House Paradise and House Arena are newly renovated apartments in a condominium with a modern style. They are located on the main street of Porticello, an ancient fishing village and one of the largest fishing ports in Italy. House Paradise and House Arena allow you to walk to all major amenities. They are just steps from the train station, offering convenient connections to Palermo in just 15 minutes by train and Cefalù in 50 minutes. They are close to Olivella and Ciddara beaches, the famous Caletta di Sant'Elia, and the small village of Santa Nicolicchia. They are also just 1 km from the Solunto archaeological site, where you can visit and admire the majestic panorama of the Gulf of Porticello. The municipality of Santa Flavia offers a free shuttle service with several stops.
