The apartment house “Hus” is situated in a quiet location in Mitterolang and offers a beautiful view of the Olang Dolomites and the Kronplatz area. The holiday apartments were renovated, modernized and newly furnished in 2018. The interior is modern and contemporary. Unobtrusive and clear, functional and to the point, without any additional ballast, the elegant apartments are a retreat and starting point to swarm out into the surrounding nature or winter skiing holidays in winter. The modern "Hus Apartment - No. 3" with soft colour schemes consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a small dining area, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV; an extra bed and a cot are available upon request. In the common area there is also a shelf with some games and books for the guests and children. Your private balcony offers a fantastic view of the mountains and the shared garden of the accommodation offers plenty of space for all guests. There is a swing, a trampoline, and a sandbox for the young guests of the house. - Parking spaces are available on the property. - In the house there is a ski room with a ski boot dryer. - A washing machine is available. - Also available in the apartment are toilet paper, a hairdryer, a water boiler, an espresso and filter coffee machine, a microwave / mini grill (upon request). - Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés at 300 m Cable car Olang in 2,2 km - You receive a Holidaypass card for discounts at museums or events and free use of public transport in South Tyrol. - A ski bus stop can be reached in 150 m (only one stop to the ski slopes) and public transport in about 500 m. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
