The apartment consists of two separate studio flats, located on the first floor of a historic building typical of Siena’s center, and separated by a shared landing. It’s the ideal choice for friends traveling together, families with older children, or anyone who wants to stay close while enjoying their own space—a perfect mix of sociability and privacy. The first studio, overlooking Via San Marco, features a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, and all cooking essentials, along with a dining table for four. There’s also a chest of drawers and storage space for personal belongings. The modern bathroom includes a shower and bidet, and we provide bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, and a small toiletry kit with soap and shower gel—thoughtful touches to make you feel right at home. The second studio, overlooking an inner courtyard, offers another double bed, a second bathroom with shower, a sofa, a small fridge, and a table that can also be used as a desk. Both spaces are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and all the essentials for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The apartment is located near Porta San Marco, in a central yet quiet area. All major points of interest can be easily reached on foot. Paid parking is available nearby. You can explore the city on foot, including the main monuments, as well as shops, bars, and restaurants. IMPORTANT: The historic center of Siena is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) — cars are not allowed to enter. Signs and surveillance cameras are placed at the city entrances.
