The completely renovated flat is very large (80sqm) and organised into: 1. kitchen (approx. 16sqm) with dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave and electric oven, toaster and kettle; 2. Main bedroom (approx. 19sqm) with TV, bed 180x200, and two windows; 3. Bedroom no.2 (approx. 13sqm) with TV, bed 160x200, and 1 window; 4. Living room (approx. 16sqm) with 2 windows; 5. Large and complete bathroom with 1 window (approx. 6sqm); 6. Large entrance hall arranged with sofa (approx. 17sqm). Towels and bed linen are included. Free internet connection. Free parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed). Motorbike parking (motorbikes): parking available by reservation in our private garage, at a cost 10 euro per day. Bicycle Parking (bicycles): Parking available by reservation in our private garage, at a cost 10 euro per day. NEW: both of the two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
