El apartamento fue renovado hace unos años y combina lo antiguo con lo moderno. Tiene una gran sala de estar y cocina que presenta los arcos originales que estaban presentes antes de la renovación del apartamento, además de paredes de piedra. Gracias a las dos grandes ventanas que cubren un lado completo del apartamento, hay una vista impresionante del lago y la montaña. Hay 2 dormitorios con una cama matrimonial en cada dormitorios y 2 baños. Uno de los dormitorios tiene vista al lago. Hay una gran terraza con acceso directo a la playa y donde a nuestros huéspedes les gusta relajarse tomando comidas o bebiendo vinos. Particularmente por la noche, es posible disfrutar de hermosas puestas de sol de la manera más tranquila y relajante posible escuchando el ruido del lago. El apartamento está ubicado bajo el nivel de la calle y, por lo tanto, no hay mucho ruido. Exactamente desde el apartamento comienza un hermoso paseo de aproximadamente 200 metros al lado del lago que lleva a una pequeña playa. Caminar por la noche, con sus luces se convierte en una experiencia agradable. Tenemos un estacionamiento privado cubierto exactamente enfrente del apartamento reservado sin ningun cuesto

Nos gusta compartir la historia y las tradiciones del lago, comenzando desde los interiores del apartamento. Nos encanta que nuestros huéspedes puedan descubrir el lago de Como desde su tradición hasta los tiempos modernos. Nos gusta hacer que todos nuestros huéspedes se sientan como en sus casas.
Lezzeno es un pequeno y relajante pueblo muy cerca de Bellagio. En Lezzeno es posible realizar muchas actividades, como alquilar botes para visitar el lago. Es posible alquilar kayak y canoa a solo 50 metros del apartamento. Cerca del apartamento es posible encontrar muy buenos restaurantes como Villa Aurora, Da Abate, Crotto dei Pescatori, Osteria Il Governo, el Restaurante Filo y otros donde se puede comer comida local además de la cocina italiana habitual. En Lezzeno hay pequeñas tiendas donde es posible encontrar todos los productos necesarios. Lezzeno es un área segura donde pasar días encantadores. Para los niños, además del lago, es posible jugar en un parque cercano. Desde junio, durante los fines de semana, en la plaza del centro local, siempre hay música, comida local y fiestas con música. Desde Lezzeno o Bellagio es posible visitar los pueblos más carinos del Lago de Como, por ejemplo Varenna, Tremezzo, Lenno, Menaggio y algunas de las villas y jardines más carinos y antiguos del lago como "Villa Melzi" en Bellagio, "Villa del Balbianello "en Lenno," Villa Carlotta "en Tremezzo y" Villa Monastero "en Varenna
