the 23 Holiday Home is in the tranquility first hill of La Spezia in Cadimare locality surrounded by olive trees, located in the typical Ligurian village the Pianello, the happy exposure allows the view over the gulf from every window, in the morning you can see dawn and evenings full moon will make your stay very romantic. the 23 Holiday Home can be reached from the road on foot after about 35 meters. The structure is equipped with every comfort a.c., WIFI, TV, the brand new kitchen and equipped with dishwasher the new bathrooms have a shower, the environment is intimate and modernity with antique furniture. the rooms all with a breathtaking view of the gulf are comfortable and the WIFI can be used free of charge throughout the hotel. five minutes from the apartment there are three restaurants, a pizzeria and a bakery. two kilometers to the pharmacy. five kilometers from the train station. the bus stop can be reached on foot in ten minutes.

Cadimare is a fishing village with a small marina: 1) is the maritime district that has won more than all the palio of the gulf, a manifestation in conjunction with the sea party organized the first Sunday of August 2) for the summer festivals throughout July and August before the muscle and then the anchovy.   But the thing I like the most is the serenity that only the seafarers of this small village can give. From 23 holiday the first trails for the 5 lands and routes in mtb or bdc start Cadimare is the first port for the 5 lands and Portovenere, in the summer period boats leave daily for the tour of the islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto and for the 5 lands. those who like walking instead from 23 Holiday Home leave the paths to the park and the 5 lands for and bdc mtb possible many excursions despite being a small village in the village there are 3 restaurants, a pizzeria, a grocery store, a tobacconist / newsagent, 3 coffee bars, a pharmacy and bakery.  it is only 5 km from the train station and the city center.
