L’alloggio turistico si trova nella parte bassa del centro storico di Bolsena, al secondo piano senza ascensore, posizione comoda in quanto vicino a tutti i negozi, distante 100 metri dal parcheggio, e 300 metri dalla zona del lungolago ed è così composto: camera da lettto, angolo cottura, soggiorno e bagno. La struttura si trova a soli 20 km da Orvieto, 30 km da Viterbo, 30 km da Pitigliano ed a 20 minuti circa da Civita di Bagnoregio.
