No reception - contactless concept All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified and top quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all the facilities and all the necessary information about the accommodation. The customer care will always be at your disposal, by mail or by telephone for the entire stay. You can also come and visit us in the office to find out about promotions reserved for you and activities to do in the surrounding area. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Il cielo nella stanza is a three-room apartment lakeview located in a residence with a private pier facing the lake. The garden of the Residence is shared with the other apartments. Large and spacious furnished balcony. The spaces are perfect for spending a nice holiday, in a very quiet area of Manerba. A few steps from the lakeside promenade. Descriptions and rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation. You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition. In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents. Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged. TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY) Amount per day per person, per night, to be paid via payment link at online check-in.
