*Fico d'India* is the name of our apartment: a succulent plant typical of Sicily (where we are from), it evokes a sense of warmth, brightness, and serenity. The idea is to bring these feelings into this small apartment in the north as well. Bright and well-equipped studio apartment with induction cooker, fridge, washing machine, oven, coffee machine. Private bathroom with shower. Provided with air conditioning and heating with thermovalves. Ideal for short stays in Milan area, well connected with the city centre.
Located in a quiet and residential area well served by public transport: A few steps from bus stops 83, 783, 708 for the M1, M3, M5 metro lines. Just 10 minutes by car from the center of Monza and 20 minutes from Monza National Autodrom. Served by bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, groceries etc. Free parking on the street.
