Holiday home, 110 square meters, consisting of 1 double bedroom, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds or double bed (according to your request), bedroom 3 with 4 single beds or 2 double beds (this room is the only non-air conditioned room at the moment but with fans and well ventilated), bathroom, kitchen with dining table with the possibility of accommodating up to 8 beds. Outside you can enjoy a large relaxation area, a barbecue and a large garden, private parking inside the courtyard.
We are a family of 2 adults with a child, who like to travel, we know well the needs that a tourist can have, and now we have put them into action trying to give the best to make you spend your holiday to the fullest.
The property is located in the municipality of San Giovanni Suergiu, in a very strategic area, precisely in the hamlet of Matzaccara, a stone's throw from the well-known Kitesurf schools "Punt'e trettu", from the most beautiful beaches of Sulcis-Iglesiente and 5 minutes from boarding for the ferry that will take you to the beautiful island of San Pietro (Carloforte). The area offers the possibility of fishing tourism, trekking mining routes such as the important "Way of Santa Barbara", and routes suitable for mountain bike lovers, archaeological and religious routes as well as the presence of various caves in the territory (such as those present in the municipalities of Santadi and Domusnovas) with speleological routes. Not to be underestimated is the fact that, despite being a fraction, in the village there are varied commercial activities, such as a supermarket, a bar, a bakery, a tobacconist and finally also a PHARMACY.
