Delightful two-bedroom apartment in the city center of Como, close to the famous Lake Como and 45 minutes from the cosmopolitan city of Milan. Unique Benefit. Is one of the few properties in Como with the private free parking space included, which is impossible to find in the city center. Charging for electric vehicles is also available on request. The apartment is located in a modern building with lift and comprises the following accommodation: - Entrance hall. - Large spacious living and dining area with seating for 6 people. - The living room also has a sofa-bed which can be used to accommodate a total of 5 guests. - Modern, open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer washing machine and dryer. - 2 bedrooms, 1 with a super-King bed and 1 with a single bed. - 1 bathroom with shower. - Large garden with seating for outdoor dining (No BBQ allowed). - Secure access to building complex. - Private, designated parking space with full security. Hi, we are Sarah, Andrea and Edoardo, a family of 3 now living near Milton Keynes in the UK. I'm English and my partner Andrea is Italian and we lived for many years in Como (where Andrea is originally from) before deciding to move back to the UK. We love travelling, and other than Italy we really love the wild coast of Portugal, fossil-hunting in Dorset and sailing in Croatia. We love giving our guests a "home from home" feeling when they come on holiday and always offer help and advice on places to eat, things to do etc when they come to stay.
It is situated in a central location (Centro Storico), and served by train and by surface transportation. From here you can walk to several museums and art galleries and reach the most important shopping areas of Como. In the area you can also find many bars and restaurants both traditional and ethnic. It is equipped with everything needed for breakfast and with a supermarket downstairs you will never have far to travel if you find yourselves in need. 2 mins on foot from town centre 5 mins on foot from train station Borghi Nord (local line to Milan) 10 mins on foot (5 mins in taxi) from San Giovanni train station (main line to Milan) Supermarket, indoor fruit, vegetable and meat market 5 mins away. Pharmacy 2 minutes away.
