In the historic center, the apartment offers a green space where you can relax in peace. Excellent location: you can quickly reach the many places of interest in this region. Freeway 3' car Airport 9' car Station 5' on foot Umbriafiere exhibition center 5' on foot; In the immediate vicinity there are clubs, pharmacies, supermarkets and a shopping centre. Free parking 2' walk away.

The apartment is located in the historic center, in one of the many characteristic alleys, it is geographically positioned in the center of all the most important cities in Umbria, 10 minutes from Assisi, 15 minutes from Perugia, 10 minutes from the Etruscan village of Bettona etc. . The airport is also ten minutes away.
