This house was built in the medieveal epoch and sits at the bottom of the Borgo of Ceriana. Views are of the mountainsides which surround this beautiful village. Temperatures reach approximately 30 degrees in summer, and down to 5 degrees in the winter, sometimes having snow. It has been recently renovated to a good standard. It can be cold at night in the spring and winter but we provide a stufa, and heated blankets for your comfort. All bedding is provided, and there is car parking near the property. Please be aware that this is a 'Borgo' and there are many steps to reach the top of the village, and the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Any other questions can be directed to ourselves and we will be glad to answer them.
Welcome to our little house in the beautiful village of Ceriana. We are happy to have you stay here, and hope you will have a great time in the village and surrounding areas. There are many things to do and places to visit, and we are sure that you will have a great time. Caron andVic moved to Italy from Ireland in 2022, and have stived to make our two properties a place which will give you great memories when you return home, and we hope you will return soon.
Hiking, Cycling, Walking and shooting are very popular in the area as well as several art groups led by artists as far away as Australia. There are several places to eat at the top of the village, and many different styles of cooking. There are also several shops such as a chemist, and Tabachini and grocery shops. Usually in the summer, there is a concert or party on the main Piazza. Several times of the year, there are church ceremonies which parade through the village and are attended by all the inhabitants.
