A 40 square meters apartment, in a very central and serviced part of Siracusa. Supermarket, chemist and even a bio market, every Friday morning, in the area next to the building. Large parking lot, both toll and free, with two charging posts for electrical vehicles. A park with playground in the same square. The apartment, luminous and airy, with a balcony that gives onto the square, has a large shower tray, kitchen, wifi and two flat screen tv
