Elegant and well-kept, recently renovated apartment located in Via Caprin 3, in a quiet area but well served by multiple commercial activities and allowing a 15-minute walk to Piazza Unità d'Italia. The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building with no elevator. The apartment is very quiet and bright, furnished with fine and custom-made furniture. The space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA with sofa bed, Smart TV. FULL KITCHEN with induction plate, oven, dishwasher, kettle, plates and dishes, various utensils. 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM. BATHROOM: Shower stall, washing machine. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi network, air conditioning. Heating is independent and is regulated by thermostat. DURING THE STAY: 🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal, you will be required to provide ID for all guests.The day of your arrival, during check-in times, you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 'Via Trento 15a , only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. Accommodation tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents and law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. if you have different requests please contact us, we will be happy to help if possible.
