House completely renovated in 2023, modern, comfortable, semi-detached, located among the wonderful vineyards of Langhe and Monferrato Unesco heritage. 5 min. from Canelli and S. Stefano Belbo, 20 min. from Asti and Alba, 50 min from Turin and Genoa. 1000sqm of garden. Private swimming pool (10x5, seasonal availability 1 May-30 September) for the exclusive use of guests. Garden furniture, barbecue, free public parking available. The owner lives in an independent portion of the house. Half of a semi-detached house, 7 rooms, 160sqm on two floors. Modern and comfortable furniture. Ground floor: Kitchen/dining room with table for 12 people, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, espresso machine exit to the garden. Living room/bedroom with 1 double sofa bed. Double bedroom. Shower, bidet, toilet. First floor (external staircase): Double bedroom.
