Contact the property one day in advance to organize the check-in time (3-7pm) and the delivery of the keys .
Full payment for the booked stay must be paid before or upon check-in.
All guests must show a photo ID and credit card. You can put this information in the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Upon request, the property also offers automatic check-in in the evening or at night, the request for which must be confirmed by the property. In this case, instructions for entry and use of the apartment will be sent in advance.
To obtain the instructions, it is necessary to send the documents of all the guests and a prepayment of € 200 via email or whatsapp.
The cost of the automatic Check-in is 10 euros.
Check out must be made by 10.30 for cleaning and rearranging the apartment. If this does not happen, a penalty of €50 will be applied without the right to extend the check-out time itself.
