***************** NEW FOR 2025: Enjoy our garden in peace thanks to’ a professional And eco-friendly Tiger mosquito treatment. ****************** A warm and welcoming villa with a large garden, you can easily reach the "Grizzana" train station on foot. Approximately every hour trains to Bologna or in the opposite direction to Prato / Florence (30 minutes by train to Bologna and 30 minutes by train to Prato). The house with completely independent entrance has a lot of privacy. Bars and supermarket are within walking distance. Working fireplace in the living room. In the apartment there are 5 beds that can be connected to the staircase connecting the tavern that can accommodate 2 more people with a second bathroom. For a total of 7 beds. ----- For information on our parrot breeding you can see ilgiardinoincantato (dot) it ----- Satellite TV with English language option (in the two bedroom apartment) ********** A quiet path through the park that leads to the river *********

Very quiet and relaxing village near the river Setta, possibility of relaxing walks, on foot you can reach the football field, the tennis court and the roller skating area. You can also walk to the place of the main village festivals. Interesting to visit the Rocchetta Mattei (better to book before the visit from internet)
