With a dynamic design, on the first floor of a lovely residence, access is independent trought a large balcony. CIR: 017156-CNI-00010 CIN: IT017156C2DFF2CK6N Available to our guests open space with living area and kitchen equipped with all comforts and accessories (gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle), sofa bed, armchair and television. 1 double bedroom with large wardrobe and chest of drawers, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, large terrace ideal for summer evenings and releax moments. The apartment is air-conditioned included. Bed linen included. Bath set with towels and soap dispenser included. Possibility of outdoor parking not guarded. New for 2024 possibility of renting e-bikes with delivery and collection directly in our facility thanks to the agreement rental service promoted by the Village Districts of Franciacorta.
We love traveling and discover the world, seeing what sets us apart from each other, meeting new people and appreciating the wonders of our world. As travelers we are, hospitality is in our ropes, we are hosts very careful to the needs of our guests and our goal is to make you feel at home.
In Franciacorta, just 4 km from the center of Iseo, near to the Torbiere del Sebino, the apartment enjoys an excellent position near the cellars of Franciacorta wines and lake towns such as Sarnico, Paratico and Clusane. Nearby there are possibilities for walks and bike rides, visits to Monte Isola and many other excursions! Nearby Bus, taverns, supermarkets and just 300 meters away, a beautiful park in the countryside to enjoy relaxing walks outdoor.
