Property information

Casa Azzurra is located on the second floor of a completely renovated picturesque historic building overlooking the beautiful seafront promenade accessible by external stairs build in typical Carloforte style. The apartment is very cozy and tastefully furnished in a Sardinian-Mediterranean style. The house has two floors connected by a wooden staircase; the ceiling is very high and the large windows make it for a very nice bright ambiance. Air conditioning and free WIFI connection are available.  On the second floor there is a living room with Smart-TV and NETFLIX, a dining area with an equipped kitchen and a little romantic balcony facing the port. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom with shower, cabin, sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and a little Welcome-Kit that includes shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. The house is equipped with linens and towels and also has a safe in one room. It can accommodate maximum 5 people and it is great for families, couples or friends although it is mostly recommended as a romantic getaway for couples for spending unforgettable moments.

Neighbourhood information

Located on the suggestive Carloforte seafront promenade, Casa Azzurra offers wonderful sea views while being located in the center of the enchanting town of Carloforte, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy.  Casa Azzurra is only 50 meters away from the sea and a few  minutes drive away from beautiful white fine sand beaches such as Guidi, Giunco, Girin, La Conca, Cala Fico, La Bobba.  A few minutes walk away from the house you can find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream, markets (50 meters), pharmacies, banks, boat rentals (boat trips organized on request) and everything else you may need in order to spend an unforgettable vacation.
