Freshly renovated Pied-à-terre of around 50 sq. mt. with nice and big kitchen, small living, bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe room. At the ground-floor, in an elegant building of the centre, quiet and intimate. The apartment is accessible through the inside courtyard, with aside private parking. Please note there is no TV.
I am currently based in London, working as Mapping professional, I was born and raised in Northern Italy (Carpi) and I keep coming in my beloved city from time to time. I do not leave in the premises but I am available at any time by phone, text or messages to answer query, help or give suggestions if necessary.
At the earth of the ancien 'ghetto' of Carpi city centre, two stone's throw away from Piazza Martiri e one from Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. The parking is available inside the courtyard for those who plan a trip by car (there are no limitations entering the city centre for non-residents), alternatively the site is at walking distance (around 10 minutes) from the FS rail Station of Carpi (well connected to the rail Station of Modena) or by bus (linea verde or blu).
