EREMO DI NIASCA. HOW TO GET. 10 minutes steep walk!
The refuge "l'Eremo" can only be reached on foot via an mountain path that starts on the provincial road 227 from Paraggi (15 minutes) or from the Bay of Niasca (10 minutes). Considering the isolation, the spirit and the nature of the place, to fully enjoy your stay we recommend everyone to reach us either on foot or by public transport. The train takes you quickly to Santa Margherita Ligure and from there a very comfortable bus (n.782 frequency every 15 minutes) takes you to Niasca in a few minutes. Otherwise our favorite solution: on foot! A beautiful seafront walk lasting an hour takes you directly from Santa Margherita to Niasca along which you can swim and enjoy the breathtaking views. Traffic in the summer months is very high in the direction of Portofino, parking spaces for cars are very few, always full and all paid at very high figures. Not recommended!
If you will drive here, you can try to find park in the payment park in Paraggi or in the free park slots on the road between Santa Margherita and Paraggi.
A light italian breakfast with local products will be offered to guests from 8am to 10am.
