Company information

Heloise & Shepp are your hosts, and we are a young couple full of enthousiasm about our activity. Heloise: Half French/Italian and the owner of the house. Heloise can speak Italian, French, English,Spanish, and is learning Dutch. Heloise is graduated at Science and Culture for tourism in Macerata, and museology in Milan. She is also travel designer and tour guide. Shepp: Can speak Dutch, English, and is learning Italian. Sold paint before, and maintained databases. Now painting and maintaining the house and around 🙂

Property information

Our countryhouse is located on the hills of the Monti Sibillini’s National Park and it’s surrounded by picturesque lakes and medieval villages. A hectare of wood, fruit trees, and the amazing path created to fully appreciate the breath-taking nature will liven up your stay. In summer-time a swimming pool with hydro-massage is also available for you to relax while enjoying the beautiful view. This territory full of history makes it a perfect place for a cultural, but also relaxing holiday.

Neighbourhood information

CESSAPALOMBO The area in which our country house is located is part of the municipality of Cessapalombo. The village is composed of many small districts. It’s located 6 km far from our country house. The name “Cessapalombo” means “wood of Palumbo” ,a citizen who lived here in the middle age. Still nowadays, its citizens are attached to their rural territory and they produce saffran, a particular type of olive oil”Coroncina”. Two festivals concerning local food and works of the past are here organised : “The mushroom festival”and “Ancient Tastes and Richness of the Woods.
