My husband and I bought a small winery a few years ago, and are producing highly regarded natural wines (Barbera, Nebbiolo, sparkling wines, a dry moscato and an orange wine). We manage our vineyard with organic and biodynamic products and practices. The winemaker’s house has an apartment that has been available for family and friends, and now for guests. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and a kitchen and sitting area downstairs. There is also a tasting room downstairs that is used by the winery. Guests have exclusive use of the bedrooms and bathroom, and full use the kitchen and sitting area. If there is a wine tasting scheduled, we will need access to the kitchen. If you want to explore the beautiful Piemonte region with its fantastic food and amazing wines, then stay at our winery and experience winemaking life!
Bob and Alice love introducing people to the day-to-day workings of the winery and vineyard.
There are many famous hill towns nearby, including Barbaresco (30 min) and Barolo (45 min). Restaurants within a 15 minute drive include excellent pizza, farm-to-table Piedmontese, and fine dining. The hiking is stunning, and bike rental and e-bike rentals are available in Canelli.
