Located in the historic center of Acquaviva Picena, La Casa del Gelsomino offers the "Dolce" loft apartment with panoramic terraces overlooking the rolling hills, the Adriatic sea, and the surrounding majestic mountains. Additionally, the Gelsomino features another bedroom for two people called "La camera degli Angeli" with an en suite bathroom. The property is situated 8km away from the beach town of San Benedetto del Tronto and 35km away from the ancient town of Ascoli Piceno. The apartment "Dolce" features 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom equipped with a bidet, shower and hairdryer. Additionally, it includes a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. Bedding and towels will be provided upon arrival. The double bedroom "camera degli Angeli" features a large bed, bedside tables, a set of drawers, mirror, and a clothes hanger. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
