The holiday home is located in the historic center of Montecastrilli, inside a building with historical value completely renovated externally, internally and in the furnishings in 2021. Composed of double bedroom, another bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, third bedroom with single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and one with tub, TV in all bedrooms, living room with TV and sofa bed, new equipped kitchen. For guests there is a private garden for exclusive use in total privacy with heated hydromassage mini-pool, barbecue, sunbeds, minibar, tables and chairs usable from 15/4 to 30/9 Easily accessible via E45, in a strategic position to reach the most important places of interest such as the Marmore Falls, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Lake Piediluco and Carsulae
All services such as pharmacy, shops, bars, restaurants, municipal swimming pool are within 1km
