The property is located ten minutes by car from Lake Como. You can also reach the lake in about 40 minutes hiking. You can get Bellagio in about 20 minutes and Como in about 30 minutes. Entire apartment consisting of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big kitchen. The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed, each with a private bathroom and separate entrance. A bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. A bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms open onto a large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, there is a large, private terrace with a dining table, barbecue, and sun loungers. The house is surrounded by a 4,000-square-meter park, partly wooded, and completely fenced. The accommodation is accessed via a completely separate pedestrian entrance and a flight of approximately 20 steps in the garden. The accommodation includes two outdoor parking spaces near the pedestrian gate. Pets are welcome
