Newly renovated apartment has its private garden. The three bedrooms have two private bathrooms with all the comforts. Air conditioning is in the double rooms, but with the door open it refreshes the whole apartment. The furniture has just been purchased. Wi-fi throughout the apartment. Access is from the garden gate and you enter the apartment on the ground floor from the door. Possibility of free parking in the area or for a fee of only 2.50 euros per day (400 meters).
I'm a simple and honest guy. I consider myself a good person. I'm young despite my age. I like to stay in shape and I go to the gym 3 times a week the other 3 days I go by bike (my passion). . And on Sunday I rest. With me you can talk about everything, I really like having conversations ... because I like talking about everything. I like traveling and learning about the culture and traditions of the countries where I go.
Central area, close to major attractions beach shopping, art and culture. The apartment is located 500 meters from the train station. The city center (piazza Salotto, market square) is 1.00 km away where the NIGHT LIFE of Pescara takes place. The beach is about 800 meters away. Gabriele D’Annunzio's house is about 400 mt. All the main destinations can be reached on foot in 5/10 minutes, we advise against using the car to visit the city or to go to the beach. Pescara airport is 6 km away, also served by buses.
