The apartment is ideally situated in a prime location within the historic center of Portovenere, with access from the first flight of stairs at the beginning of the charming Via Colonna carrugio (alleyway). Internally, the property comprises an entrance leading to a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom features a generously sized shower. The spacious living room hosts three sofas, one of which converts into a bed, offering a versatile space. The apartment also includes two double bedrooms, both boasting a direct view of Portovenere's picturesque carrugio.

The historic center of Portovenere articulates itself into a series of characteristic "carrugi" (narrow alleyways) that connect to the main services. The carrugio near the property offers a variety of restaurants, commercial shops for souvenirs and foodstuffs, together with typical food and wine products, such as pesto. Access to the sea leads to the Calata (landing place/pier), a starting point for the Church of San Pietro and the Byron Grotto, ideal for bathing. The beaches are reachable with a short walk. Furthermore, ferry services are available for Palmaria Island and the Cinque Terre. A supermarket is conveniently positioned approximately one hundred meters from the house near the bus stop.
