Located in the heart of Viareggio, the house is only 300 meters from the sea, 200 meters from the center, 150 meters from the western pinewood, 800 meters from Viareggio train station, and 100 meters from the supermarket. All main services are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. The apartment, situated on the ground floor with a private entrance, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 70 m² property features well-organized interiors, including a bright veranda ideal for relaxing evenings, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
