Apartment on the 1st floor with attic and 2 parking spaces, 70mt from the sea. The space The house consists of dining room with sofa-bed, kitchenette, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom, bathroom and terrace. Climbing the spiral staircase we can find an open space attic with a double bed, a single bed, bathroom and shower. Outside we can find a garden with a lovely shower surrounded by ivy, 2 parking spaces and bike parking. Other things to note The apartment has air conditioning (hot-cool) License number 053009LTN2032

Zona Pratoranieri Pratoranieri is one of the most famous places of Follonica, with its golden sand, clear water and a conformation that makes it perfect for both family holidays and water sports. On the beach you can find both bathing establishments where you can rent equipment for water sports and free beach. The beaches of Pratoranieri are particularly suitable for children, thanks to a seabed that remains low for many meters from the shore. Getting around The center is less than 5 km away, it is easy to reach on foot, by bike but also by the "Trenino di Ponente" service.
